B. Riley Principal Investments, an affiliate of B. Riley Financial, has acquired Targus (Targus Cayman HoldCo Limited), a global designer and maker of laptop/tablet cases, backpacks, docking stations and computer accessories, in a transaction valued at approximately $250 million enterprise value. The deal, which includes bank financing and seller financing, positions Targus as a portfolio company of B. Riley Principal Investments while Targus CEO Mikel Williams continues to lead the business from its Anaheim, California headquarters.

Alliance Consumer Group Acquires HALO Operating Unit from ZAGG Inc.

Alliance Consumer Group has acquired substantially all assets of the HALO operating unit from ZAGG Inc., adding HALO's portable power stations, accessories and IP portfolio to ACG's product lineup. ACG will relocate HALO corporate operations from Salt Lake City, Utah to its Fort Worth, Texas headquarters while retaining HALO regional operations in Hartford, Connecticut; the deal expands ACG's consumer portable power capability and complements its existing outdoor and lifestyle brands.

Hansae Co. Ltd. Acquires Texollini

Hansae Co. Ltd., a South Korean global fashion ODM, has acquired US textile manufacturer Texollini to vertically integrate its supply chain and strengthen synthetic-fiber production capabilities. The acquisition of the Long Beach, California factory — equipped with automated knitting, dyeing and printing lines — positions Hansae to expand high-value product lines (like activewear) and capitalize on nearshoring trends in Central America and the U.S. market.

The deal transfers Sound United's portfolio of premium audio brands — including Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz, Polk Audio, HEOS, Classé, Definitive Technology and Boston Acoustics — to HARMAN, expanding its product offerings across home, personal and automotive audio; media reports value the transaction at approximately $350 million.

CORSAIR Acquires SCUF Gaming from H.I.G. Growth Partners
