Targus Acquires Hyper by Sanho Corporation

Targus has acquired Sanho Corporation and its Hyper brand to broaden its tech accessory portfolio, particularly products geared toward Apple and PC users. Hyper will remain headquartered in Silicon Valley and continue to be led by CEO Daniel Chin, while gaining access to Targus’s global sales, distribution, and marketing resources.
