The deal expands WITHit's reading accessory product lineup and preserves Mighty Bright's brand as founder/CEO Roger Edgar retires.

The acquisition strengthens Siemens' digital building and infrastructure software capabilities and expands its SaaS footprint, while Brightly will benefit from Siemens' global scale.
