Lumelight has acquired ClearFile, a regulatory-compliance platform for health plans, PBMs, TPAs and insurers, from incubator Goodroot. ClearFile founder Joe Boyle will remain president of the business within Lumelight as the deal expands Lumelight's compliance and filings capabilities across federal and state regulatory requirements.
