Compactor Rentals of America, LLC (CRA), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, has acquired Maguire Equipment Inc., a Readville, Massachusetts-based provider of waste-handling equipment, rentals, and services. Financial terms were not disclosed; CRA concurrently sold Maguire’s compactor and baler service division to a specialized service provider and gains a strategic foothold in the Greater Boston market to support its national waste solutions platform.
