Five Arrows Acquires Texthelp from LDC

Five Arrows has acquired Texthelp, the Belfast-headquartered provider of literacy and numeracy assistive technologies, from mid-market private equity house LDC. Financial terms were not disclosed; Five Arrows said it will support Texthelp’s continued global expansion and product development following a period in which revenues grew from £19m to £27m under LDC.

LDC Backs Texthelp with Growth Investment

DreamBox Learning Acquires Reading Plus

The purchase—sold by Avathon Capital—expands DreamBox's product portfolio from math into English language arts (reading), creating a combined dual-discipline offering for K-12 customers.

OverDrive Acquires TeachingBooks.net

OverDrive, the digital reading platform for libraries and schools, acquired TeachingBooks.net to strengthen curriculum-focused resources for K-12 educators and integrate supplemental materials into OverDrive Education’s Sora app. The acquisition expands OverDrive’s catalog of instructional content and provides educators with over 265,000 curated resources used by tens of thousands of schools and libraries worldwide.
