Outbrain Acquires Teads for $1B

Outbrain agreed to acquire adtech video firm Teads from Altice for approximately $1 billion, combining Teads' video and branding capabilities with Outbrain's performance and content-recirculation platform. The combined company will offer an end-to-end, full-funnel advertising platform across the open web and connected TV to drive more measurable brand and ecommerce outcomes for marketers.
