ProProfs, a Santa Monica–based SaaS company, has acquired Picreel, a conversion optimization software provider that offers popups, overlays, surveys and AI-powered engagement tools. The acquisition brings Picreel's CRO capabilities into ProProfs' customer experience and acquisition suite to help customers convert more website visitors and integrate with existing marketing and CRM platforms.
