Invoca, a Santa Barbara–based conversation intelligence platform, acquired DialogTech in a combined cash-and-stock deal to create a leading AI-powered conversation intelligence provider with pro forma revenue of about $100M. The deal brings DialogTech’s call-tracking and analytics capabilities into Invoca’s platform, expanding product capability, industry coverage, and the combined company’s customer base.
