MDpanel Acquires Burkitt Computer Corporation (W5)

MDpanel has acquired Burkitt Computer Corporation (BCC), the Canadian provider of the IME case and claims management software W5, to enhance MDpanel’s technology platform and support a broader marketplace for medical-opinion providers. The deal brings BCC’s long-standing client relationships and software capabilities into MDpanel’s offering while preserving client independence and enabling further innovation and national-scale opportunities.
