Agilence Inc., a Cuadrilla Capital–backed provider of loss prevention and operational analytics software, has acquired IntelliQ Limited, a London-based loss prevention and forensic analysis software provider. The acquisition adds over 50 IntelliQ customers and expands Agilence's product capabilities and geographic presence into EMEA and APAC; terms were not disclosed.

Agile Defense Acquires IntelliBridge

Agile Defense, a PE-backed government technology provider, has acquired IntelliBridge, a digital transformation and mission-focused technology firm supporting defense, homeland security, and federal civilian customers. Both companies are backed by Enlightenment Capital; the combination expands Agile Defense’s capabilities in data analytics, cyber, and AI and doubles the organization to more than 2,000 employees, while Agile Defense also announced a strategic partnership with Second Front Systems to accelerate AI-enabled DevSecOps delivery.

Zeta Global Acquires LiveIntent

Zeta Global has completed its acquisition of LiveIntent, a people-based marketing platform, adding LiveIntent’s assets, publisher network and channel capabilities to the Zeta Marketing Platform and Zeta Data Cloud. The deal is intended to strengthen Zeta’s AI-powered marketing offering, expand direct-channel revenue, and bolster margins through integration of LiveIntent’s identity graph and publisher relationships.

Webflow Acquires Intellimize

Webflow has acquired Intellimize, an AI-driven website personalization and conversion optimization SaaS, to integrate personalization capabilities into Webflow's Website Experience Platform (WXP). Intellimize CEO Guy Yalif and a majority of the Intellimize team will join Webflow; the companies did not disclose financial terms (TechCrunch reported the deal was eight-figures). Intellimize's features will be integrated into Webflow over the coming months and existing Intellimize customers can continue to use the product.

Neuralogics Acquires Import.io
