Togai’s founders and employees will join Zuora, and the deal is expected to close in early May 2024 subject to customary approvals.

AEM Acquires WeatherWorks

LSEG Acquires TORA for $325 Million

The deal expands LSEG's Trading & Banking Solutions capabilities—notably adding digital-asset trading functionality—and will fold TORA into LSEG's Data & Analytics division upon closing.
