DoorDash Acquires Ad Tech Platform Symbiosys

DoorDash has acquired ad tech company Symbiosys for $175 million to expand offsite advertising capabilities and integrate Symbiosys’ retail-media technology into DoorDash Ads. The move adds AI-powered, closed-loop measurement and expanded reach across search, social and display to DoorDash’s advertising products as it scales its global ads business.
