Beauty has acquired clean-beauty brand W3LL PEOPLE for $27 million in an all-cash transaction. e.l.f. said it will leverage its marketing, retail relationships and operational capabilities to grow the W3LL PEOPLE brand, which is expected to contribute roughly $7 million in net sales and $0.01 to adjusted EPS in fiscal 2021.
