KLH Capital partnered with the management team of Artmark Products Corp. and Artmark Associates, Inc. to complete a management buyout. Founded in 1945 and headquartered in Doral, Florida, Artmark is a value-added industrial distributor and global sourcing partner; management will retain equity and Jim O'Keefe will operate the company as CEO while Frank Kiernan transitions to Board Advisor.

KNS International Acquires Birdies

KNS International, a Centre Partners‑backed e-commerce footwear platform, has acquired Birdies, a direct-to-consumer women's footwear brand founded by Bianca Gates and Marisa Sharkey. The deal brings Birdies into KNS's portfolio (which includes Journee, Taft and Vance) with Gates joining KNS as Brand President to help scale the brand's DTC and wholesale distribution.

Group Bayport Acquires Optamark and NorthCape

Group Bayport has acquired a majority stake in Connecticut-based Optamark and completed a 100% acquisition of Chicago-based NorthCape to expand its product personalization and promotional offerings. The deals add more than 3,000 products and strengthen Group Bayport's capabilities in promotional materials and custom outdoor covers and cushions, with both businesses remaining led by their current management teams.

Bay Street Manufacturing Acquires CKI Solutions (Cadence Keen Innovations)

Bay Street Manufacturing (HealthGuard) has acquired Florida-based CKI Solutions (a dba of Cadence Keen Innovations), the maker of Bed MadeEZ and other bedding accessories sold into hotels, cruise lines, RV and healthcare markets. The deal brings CKI's product portfolio, customer relationships and patented hospitality-focused bedding solutions into Bay Street's HealthGuard manufacturing platform to expand capabilities and service offerings for hospitality and retail customers.

Baymark Partners Acquires Brilliance LED with Financing from Brookside Capital Partners

Dallas-based private equity firm Baymark Partners has acquired Brilliance LED, LLC, a Carefree, Arizona manufacturer of LED landscape lamps and fixtures. Brookside Capital Partners provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment to facilitate the transaction; Brilliance sells over 500 SKUs to more than 200 distributors nationwide.

BV Investment Partners Acquires Majority Interest in RKD Group
