Agile Defense, a PE-backed government technology provider, has acquired IntelliBridge, a digital transformation and mission-focused technology firm supporting defense, homeland security, and federal civilian customers. Both companies are backed by Enlightenment Capital; the combination expands Agile Defense’s capabilities in data analytics, cyber, and AI and doubles the organization to more than 2,000 employees, while Agile Defense also announced a strategic partnership with Second Front Systems to accelerate AI-enabled DevSecOps delivery.

Booz Allen Hamilton Acquires EverWatch

Booz Allen Hamilton has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire EverWatch, a provider of classified software development and analytics solutions for the defense and intelligence communities. EverWatch will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Booz Allen and its capabilities—covering cloud, analytics, AI/ML, and TechSIGINT—are expected to accelerate Booz Allen’s delivery of mission-critical national security technology.

HelpSystems (Fortra) Acquires Beyond Security

The acquisition brings Beyond Security's vulnerability detection capabilities into HelpSystems' existing security suite (including Digital Defense, Core Security, and Cobalt Strike) to enhance capability across networks, applications, endpoints and cloud environments.
