Character World Brands Acquires Björna and Chaulnes Textile Industries

Character World Brands, a division of Bioworld, acquired Danish home textiles specialist Björna and French home textiles company Chaulnes Textile Industries (CTI). The acquisitions add local market expertise, retailer relationships and product development capabilities, strengthening the group’s European presence and its ability to develop and distribute licensed home collections.
