Cox Automotive signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Fullpath, an AI-powered customer data platform (CDP) and marketing automation provider for automotive retail, subject to regulatory approval. The deal is designed to combine Fullpath’s identity resolution and AI-driven marketing capabilities with Cox Automotive’s first-party dealership and consumer data to enable more always-on, data-driven dealer marketing.
