GoSaga, the wellness and fitness holding company founded by Geoff Schneider, acquired Squeeze Massage, a 14-unit massage and wellness franchisor, in November. GoSaga plans to rebuild the franchisor infrastructure, restart franchise sales in 2026, and leverage shared services to scale the brand within its fitness and wellness portfolio.

iFIT Acquires Sweat, the Women's Digital Fitness App

iFIT Health & Fitness Inc. has acquired Sweat, the Adelaide-based digital fitness platform founded by Kayla Itsines and Tobi Pearce. Sweat will remain a standalone brand and continue to be led by its co-founders as iFIT looks to expand its subscription content, international reach and women's-focused fitness offerings; financial terms were not disclosed.

Zuora Acquires Togai

Togai’s founders and employees will join Zuora, and the deal is expected to close in early May 2024 subject to customary approvals.

The acquisition is an add-on to TSG’s boutique fitness software portfolio and aims to expand digital fitness capabilities and international reach (United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand) for TSG’s customers.
