Andrew Peller Limited completed a previously announced plan of arrangement under which Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited acquired the company via a newly formed subsidiary (18013632 Canada Inc.). The purchaser bought all outstanding Class A and Class B shares for cash consideration, while certain shareholders exchanged rollover shares for shares in the purchaser.
