BlueGrace Logistics Acquires FreightCenter

BlueGrace Logistics, a PE-backed third-party logistics (3PL) provider, has acquired FreightCenter, a 26-year-old online transportation solutions provider. The deal will integrate FreightCenter's customers and online freight capabilities with BlueGrace's BlueShip TMS, carrier network and managed logistics services while FreightCenter continues to operate under its existing brand.

PS Logistics' Blair Logistics Acquires Fluker Transportation

PS Logistics announced that its subsidiary Blair Logistics has acquired Fluker Transportation, a founder-owned flatbed and heavy-haul trucking company based in Hammond, Louisiana. The acquisition will fold Fluker into Blair Logistics to expand flatbed/heavy-haul capacity and geographic coverage across the southeastern United States; financial terms were not disclosed.

Forward Air to Combine With Omni Logistics (Transaction Later Jeopardized)

DWH, LLC is managing the partnership; the tribes said the deal supports freight optimization, sustainable solutions and career development (including a driver training pipeline).
