Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Acquires NLT Secure

Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Corporation (NASDAQ: CISO), a Scottsdale-based managed cybersecurity and compliance provider, has completed the acquisition of NLT Secure, a cybersecurity company headquartered in Providencia, Chile with a U.S. office in Tampa, Florida. NLT Secure becomes a wholly owned subsidiary and will continue to be led by founder Lorenzo Espinoza as Cerberus accelerates its growth and service offering into Latin America.

Chenega Corporation Acquires SecuriGence LLC

Chenega Corporation, an Alaska Native government services contractor, has acquired SecuriGence LLC, a Washington, D.C. metro–based cybersecurity and systems engineering firm. The acquisition expands Chenega’s Military, Intelligence and Operations Support (MIOS) capabilities and adds technical cybersecurity, systems engineering, and cloud capabilities to support additional Defense and federal intelligence customers.

General Informatics Acquires GlobeNet

Baton Rouge-based General Informatics has acquired New Orleans-based GlobeNet, bringing GlobeNet's ~10-person cybersecurity team into General Informatics to bolster security capabilities and expand healthcare and maritime verticals. The deal is an add-on for General Informatics (which is PE-backed by Rosewood Private Investments) and aims to scale security services, add vendor relationships, and enable cross-selling across cloud and AI offerings.

Integrity360 Acquires Netsecure to Expand into the Nordics

VR Insurance Holdings, a newly formed holding company led by Vivek Ranadivé, BTIG and a group of family offices and strategic investors, completed the acquisition of The National Security Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSEC). Under the merger each share of NSG common stock was converted into the right to receive $16.35 in cash and NSG will be taken private and operated as a subsidiary of VR Holdings to pursue growth in insurance and financial services.
