Wpromote, an independent digital marketing agency headquartered in El Segundo, California, acquired Metric Digital, a New York–based performance marketing agency, in a deal that closed March 1, 2020. The acquisition expands Wpromote's East Coast footprint and strengthens its direct-to-consumer (DTC) performance marketing capabilities, bringing Metric Digital's paid social, paid search, email, and performance creative expertise into the Wpromote platform.

Affiliates of private equity firm ZMC, with co-investor Hauser Private Equity, have made a strategic investment in digital marketing agency Wpromote to accelerate growth and expand its technology and product offerings. Wpromote, a Shamrock Capital portfolio company based in El Segundo, California, will leverage the partnership to scale its Polaris platform and pursue organic and acquisitive expansion; terms were not disclosed.

Wpromote Acquires Giant Spoon to Form Wpromote x Giant Spoon

Independent performance marketing agency Wpromote has acquired Visiture, an Atlanta- and Charleston-based e-commerce agency, to expand its e-commerce development, SEO and paid media capabilities and deepen partnerships with platforms like Adobe and Shopify. The deal gives Wpromote a larger footprint in the U.S. Southeast and adds Visiture's web development and storefront expertise to Wpromote’s service offerings.
