The deal expands Frontier's geographic footprint in the Texas restoration market and adds Restoration XP’s technical capabilities and local relationships to Frontier’s service portfolio.

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners Acquires American Restoration from Soundcore Capital Partners

Soundcore Capital Partners sold the platform after a five-year hold during which it completed multiple add-on acquisitions; CEO Dan Tarantin will continue to lead the business as MSCP looks to accelerate growth across the company's eight regional brands and 10-state footprint.
