Inturai Ventures Corp Acquires DomeCommand Counter-UAS Drone Swarm AI Command-and-Control Platform IP

Inturai Ventures Corp. has entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire DomeCommand, an AI-powered command-and-control platform for coordinating autonomous drone swarms and counter-UAS response. The deal is valued at up to C$6.025 million, including an upfront cash payment and potential milestone-based share consideration, and it also provides Inturai a perpetual, royalty-free worldwide license to the Distri software platform used by DomeCommand.
