KKR to Acquire Ci FLAVORS From L Catterton and Other Shareholders

KKR has agreed to acquire Japan-based beauty and lifestyle platform Ci FLAVORS from all existing shareholders, including founder Yusaku Horiuchi, L Catterton, eBeauty Group, and Yanagi Capital Partners. The deal is intended to accelerate Ci FLAVORS’ expansion in Japan and internationally, with support from KKR’s consumer-sector network and operational resources.
