Sharpen Technologies (SharpenCX), a TELEO Capital portfolio company, has acquired cloud communications provider Ytel, combining Sharpen's AI-driven contact-center capabilities with Ytel's outbound CPaaS and carrier-grade messaging/voice infrastructure. The deal is an add-on acquisition aimed at creating a unified, AI-enhanced customer experience (CX) platform that supports inbound and outbound engagement at scale.
