MaxContact Acquires Curious Thing

MaxContact, a portfolio company backed by FPE, has acquired conversational AI platform Curious Thing to strengthen its AI capabilities and accelerate its product roadmap. The acquisition will integrate Curious Thing’s voice AI agents into MaxContact’s contact-centre offerings (including Spokn AI and Success Intelligence) to support sales, debt collection and customer use cases.
