The deal is designed to give OneRobotics access to Nanoleaf’s offline retail distribution network and supporting local teams, while integrating Nanoleaf’s R&D and supply chain capabilities to expand global embodied AI/AI product operations.

Cheetah Mobile to Acquire 60.8% of UFACTORY to Expand Robotics Commercialization

Cheetah Mobile, through a majority-owned subsidiary, signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 60.8% equity interest in Shenzhen UFACTORY Technology Co., Ltd. for approximately RMB99.5 million. Cheetah already owned 19.2% via another wholly-owned subsidiary, and the combined holding is expected to bring its ultimate beneficial ownership to about 75.8%, with closing expected in Q3 2025.

Tietoevry Acquires MentorMate from Taylor Corporation

Tietoevry has acquired MentorMate, a Minneapolis-headquartered digital engineering firm, from Taylor Corporation to strengthen Tietoevry Create's North American customer base and global digital engineering capabilities. MentorMate employs more than 1,000 people across the US, Bulgaria and Paraguay, generated about USD 65 million in revenue in 2022, and will be integrated into Tietoevry Create; terms were not disclosed.
