Southwire Acquires Genesis Wire & Cable from Resideo

Southwire Company LLC has agreed to acquire the Genesis Wire & Cable business from Resideo Technologies Inc. The divestiture — expected to close within 30 days subject to customary conditions — adds a leading U.S. low-voltage cable manufacturer (187 employees) to Southwire's product portfolio to expand its presence in security, HVAC, residential and commercial channels.

Southwire Acquires Construction Electrical Products (CEP)

Southwire, a Carrollton, Georgia-based electrical products manufacturer, has acquired Construction Electrical Products (CEP) of Livermore, California. The acquisition adds CEP's temporary power distribution and portable lighting product lines, a 48,000 sq ft facility and 47 employees to Southwire's Tools, Components and Assembled Solutions portfolio to expand its lighting and electrical safety offerings.

WorldVue Acquires Minority Stake in Cabling Solutions, LLC

WorldVue Connect, LLC has signed an agreement to acquire a minority ownership stake in Cabling Solutions, LLC, a Murfreesboro, Tennessee-based designer and installer of structured cabling and fiber-optic infrastructure for the hospitality sector. The transaction establishes a funding vehicle to scale Cabling Solutions' project capacity while preserving the company's autonomy and integrating it with the WorldVue operating platform.

Monroe Engineering Acquires Titan Wire & Cable

Monroe Engineering Group, a ShoreView-backed platform company, has acquired Titan Wire & Cable, a Sparks, Nevada-based supplier of cable, connectors and component solutions. The add-on expands Monroe’s product offering and end-market coverage (including solar, geothermal, wind, telecommunications and industrial markets) and is ShoreView’s sixth add-on to the Monroe platform since its 2017 investment.

ANI Pharmaceuticals Acquires Novitium Pharma for $163.5M

ANI Pharmaceuticals completed the acquisition of Novitium Pharma for $163.5 million (including $89.5M cash and $74M equity, plus up to $46.5M in contingent earn-outs), adding a U.S.-based R&D engine and CDMO manufacturing capacity. The deal, financed with a new $300M Term Loan B, a $40M revolver and a $25M PIPE investment from Ampersand Capital Partners, is expected to be immediately accretive and expand ANI's generics, contract manufacturing and 505(b)(2) capabilities.
