Perdoceo Education to Acquire South University

Perdoceo Education Corporation entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the membership interests of South University Savannah, LLC (South University) from South University – Member, Inc. The proposed cash-funded acquisition could total up to approximately $214 million, including deferred consideration and earn-outs, and is subject to regulatory, accreditor and customary closing conditions; closing is expected as early as April 2027.
