Proclinic Group, backed by Miura Partners, has acquired Dentalair, a Netherlands-based full-service dental distributor headquartered in Dordrecht. The acquisition expands Proclinic's European distribution footprint—adding a strategically located Dordrecht warehouse and access to Benelux, Germany and the Nordics—and is structured as an add-on to the Proclinic platform (transaction pending ACM approval).
