Proclinic Group (Miura Partners-backed) Acquires VS Dental in Italy

Proclinic Group, backed by Miura Partners, has acquired VS Dental, an Italian dental products distributor based in Verona. The add-on acquisition strengthens Proclinic's presence in Italy, expands its logistics and distribution capabilities (including a new Italian warehouse enabling 24/48h service), and is expected to add around €20m of revenue to the group.
