Proclinic Group, a European dental platform backed by Miura Partners, has acquired Cenger Scandinavia, a leading dental distributor in Denmark with more than 1,300 clients and the number one distributor in the dental laboratory segment. The acquisition marks Proclinic Group's entry into the Nordic market and is intended to expand the Group's European footprint, enhance its service offering for dental professionals, and generate commercial synergies in the region.
Miura Partners, through its Miura Impact Fund, has taken a stake in Grup PMP via a capital increase to support the company's national expansion and consolidation as a leader in sustainable industrialized housing. Grup PMP, founded by Montse Pujol and headquartered in Lleida, will continue to be led by its founder and will use the investment to scale its modular manufacturing, expand into multi-family and public facility segments, and accelerate innovation.

Proclinic Group, backed by Miura Partners, has acquired Dentalair, a Netherlands-based full-service dental distributor headquartered in Dordrecht. The acquisition expands Proclinic's European distribution footprint—adding a strategically located Dordrecht warehouse and access to Benelux, Germany and the Nordics—and is structured as an add-on to the Proclinic platform (transaction pending ACM approval).
Miura Partners has signed an agreement to acquire HTBA (HealthTech BioActives), a Barcelona-headquartered producer of flavonoids and active vitamin B12 used across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food & beverage and animal nutrition markets. Miura will pursue organic and inorganic initiatives to consolidate HTBA as a leading platform for natural ingredients; the deal is the third investment from Miura Fund IV and is pending approval from the Spanish regulator.
Cándido Miró's flagship brand Serpis has acquired the Ibérica and Maestro de Oliva brands to expand its international footprint. The acquisitions, backed by Miura Partners, are being consolidated under a new holding called Olive&Co to build a platform in the olives and healthy snacks category and accelerate international growth.
Proclinic Group, backed by Miura Partners, has acquired VS Dental, an Italian dental products distributor based in Verona. Brokers & Partners, the Miura Partners-backed insurance brokerage consolidation platform, has agreed to acquire Portuguese insurance broker Sabseg Seguros. Following the deal the combined entity will be rebranded Sabseg Group, strengthening the platform's position in the Iberian market and adding Sabseg’s ~285 employees, €350M+ GWP and presence across 35 locations.
