Progress Software Acquires Domo's AI and Data Platform Business

Progress Software agreed to acquire substantially all of Domo's operating business assets and employees, including its AI and data platform, for $400 million in cash, while assuming certain liabilities and excluding Domo's net operating loss carryforwards. The transaction closed on September 22, 2026, and Domo's operating business and platform became part of Progress; Domo's remaining public holding company was renamed Huckleberry.ai.
