PracticeTek Acquires Ora Dental

PracticeTek has finalized the full acquisition of Ora (Ora Dental), taking ownership of the cloud-based, all-in-one dental practice management platform in collaboration with Total Dental. Orkla Health Acquires NutraQ from Impilo

On 15 June 2021 Orkla Health completed the acquisition of NutraQ from Nordic private equity owner Impilo. NutraQ is a Norway-founded, subscription-based D2C health and wellness platform that expanded across the Nordics under Impilo and delivered strong revenue and earnings growth. Orkla said the deal will help accelerate NutraQ's geographic expansion and growth across new product categories.

OraSure Technologies Acquires UrSure

OraSure Technologies, Inc. has agreed to acquire UrSure, Inc., a Boston-based developer of tests that measure adherence to HIV medications including PrEP, for $3 million upfront plus up to $28 million in contingent consideration. The acquisition expands OraSure's point-of-care and infectious disease diagnostic offerings and strengthens its position in the HIV market by adding adherence-monitoring products and related laboratory capabilities.
