ServiceNow has entered into an agreement to acquire Pyramid Analytics, a provider of a unified, AI-powered business analytics, data science, and data preparation platform. The deal is intended to embed intelligence into enterprise workflows by combining Pyramid’s semantic layer and conversational analytics with the ServiceNow AI Platform and Workflow Data Fabric.
