Society Brands Acquires Yankee Toy Box

Society Brands, an e-commerce aggregator, has acquired Milford, New Hampshire-based Yankee Toy Box, a retailer of licensed-character children's apparel, footwear and accessories. Founders Lisa and Kermit Zerr will remain involved (Lisa as Brand President) as the brand joins Society Brands' portfolio to accelerate channel expansion and product growth.
