The investment was made in partnership with Panos Partners and with reinvestment from The Expo Group's management and existing owners; New State plans to support organic growth and accelerate the company's trajectory through strategic M&A.

Freeman Acquires Sparks, a Global Brand Experience Agency

Freeman has acquired Sparks, a Philadelphia-based global brand experience and experiential marketing agency; terms were not disclosed. Financing for the transaction was provided by KKR, and the deal represents an exit for EagleTree Capital and Sparks' ownership group led by Scott Tarte and Jeff Harrow. Sparks will combine with Freeman's agency business to expand Freeman's capabilities in corporate events, exhibits and brand experience.

Toast Acquires Delphi Display Systems
