Valsoft Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary TAG Software Group, acquired Square 9 Softworks, a New Haven, Connecticut provider of AI-powered intelligent document processing and content management software. The acquisition was completed and Square 9 will continue operating autonomously under its existing CEO, Stephen Young.
