Vector Capital made a meaningful growth equity investment in MoxiWorks, a real estate technology platform, with Software Equity Group serving as exclusive advisor. The capital will be used to accelerate product development, scale sales and marketing, and selectively pursue acquisitions; existing shareholder-customers Windermere Real Estate, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, and Long & Foster Real Estate will leverage the platform to support growth.
