Wacoal International Corporation to Acquire Glamorise Foundations, Inc.

Wacoal International Corporation (parent of Wacoal America, Inc.) announced an agreement to acquire Glamorise Foundations, Inc., a New York-based women’s innerwear brand known for size-inclusive, primarily e-commerce sales. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Wacoal’s product development in larger band and cup sizes and expand its direct-to-consumer and digital commerce capabilities by leveraging Glamorise’s proprietary technologies and e-commerce infrastructure.
