Wpromote Acquires Giant Spoon to Form Wpromote x Giant Spoon

Wpromote has acquired Cannes Lions–winning creative agency Giant Spoon to form a combined agency, Wpromote x Giant Spoon, blending creative, experiential, data, and full-funnel performance capabilities. The transaction was supported by Wpromote's private equity partner ZMC; Wpromote CEO Andrea Bendzick will lead the combined agency while Giant Spoon's co-founders join the executive leadership team.
