Sun Life Financial Acquires Dialogue Health Technologies

Sun Life Financial Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Dialogue Health Technologies Inc. for C$5.15 per share, representing approximately C$365 million in total equity value. Dialogue will continue to operate as a standalone, Montreal-based virtual care platform with Dialogue management retaining a minority stake; the acquisition expands Sun Life's digital health capabilities for its group benefits and client offerings.
