Environmental Services Acquisitions in Nevada

CERTUS Pest has acquired EcoGen Pest Control, a Las Vegas-based pest control company, strengthening CERTUS' presence in the Southern Nevada market where it already operates brands such as Evolve Pest Control and Las Vegas Pest Control. EcoGen’s brand and local leadership and staff will remain in place, and the deal provides customers access to a broader range of services; The Potomac Company acted as exclusive financial advisor to EcoGen during the transaction.

Ally Waste has acquired Waste Xperts effective May 19, 2025, adding hands-on onsite waste management and recycling compliance services to its multifamily service offering. The deal expands Ally Waste's capabilities (environmental auditing, chute room maintenance, air filtration, SB 1383 recycling compliance) and brings Waste Xperts' operational footprint across California, Texas, Washington and Nevada into Ally's platform.

CERTUS Pest has acquired Evolve Pest Control, extending CERTUS' coverage across Northwest Arizona, Southeast Nevada and Southwest Utah and strengthening its presence in the Greater Las Vegas metropolitan area. Evolve will continue operating under its brand while gaining access to CERTUS' broader service offerings, including termite control and prevention.

CERTUS Pest has acquired the Las Vegas branch of Green Wave Pest Solutions and will integrate it into its Las Vegas Pest Control (LVPC) brand. The deal strengthens CERTUS' presence in the Las Vegas market and gives Green Wave customers access to CERTUS' broader service offering, including termite control and prevention.

Graphene & Solar Technologies, Ltd. (GSTX) acquired Air-To-Water, LLC, a Nevada-based developer of atmospheric water-extraction technology. GSTX plans to manufacture the proprietary solid‑state units in the U.S.; single units produce about 13–20 gallons per day, are expected to sell for $5,000–$8,000, and have an anticipated lifespan of over 10 years.

BrightView Holdings, Inc. has acquired Green Image, LLC (GTI), a Las Vegas-based landscaping services company with more than 400 employees. The acquisition expands BrightView's maintenance and landscape development capabilities in the western United States; financial terms were not disclosed.

Carus Corp. has acquired Sierra Chemical Co., a water treatment company headquartered in Sparks, Nevada; Sierra will operate as a stand-alone subsidiary. The acquisition complements Carus's existing water treatment activities and expands its environmental products and services offerings.
