Healthcare Services Acquisitions in Vermont

Lamoille Health Partners has entered into an agreement to acquire Family Practice Associates, a primary care practice located in Cambridge, Vermont. The acquisition expands Lamoille Health Partners' footprint in Lamoille County and will rebrand the practice as Lamoille Health Family Medicine Cambridge upon closing (expected October 2023).

Irwin Naturals Inc. agreed to acquire the assets of Hobie Fuerstman D O PLC, doing business as Preventive Medicine, a ketamine and integrative healthcare clinic based in Colchester, Vermont. The deal, payable in cash and stock and subject to customary closing conditions, expands Irwin Naturals' Emergence clinic roll-up into the Northeast as its eighth clinic acquisition.

Averhealth, with support from Five Arrows Capital Partners, has acquired Aspenti, a Burlington-based provider of substance use monitoring, care coordination and diagnostic services. The deal expands Averhealth's referral base into physicians, treatment centers and healthcare systems and strengthens its capabilities in population health and substance use disorder management.
