IT Services Acquisitions in Idaho

Com Laude, the London-headquartered corporate domain services provider owned by PX3 Partners, has completed its acquisition of U.S. corporate domain registrar Markmonitor from Newfold Digital, combining the businesses under the new Markmonitor Group with an initial enterprise value of about $450 million. The combined company will maintain regional headquarters in Boise, London, and Tokyo, employ staff across 16 countries, and offer a full-service suite for corporate domain portfolio management, brand protection, TLD strategy, and related advisory services.

MGT has acquired Ednetics, a Pacific Northwest provider of advanced technology solutions for K-12 schools, libraries, and state and local governments, to expand its SLED technology platform nationwide and strengthen its IT, cybersecurity, cloud, communications, and physical security offerings. The acquisition extends MGT's reach to more than 23 million K-12 students and positions the combined company as a leading provider of technology infrastructure to low-income school communities.

Pacific Office Automation (POA), a privately held office technology company headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, has acquired Fenton's Office Solutions, a Konica Minolta and Epson dealer based in Idaho Falls. The acquisition expands POA's Konica Minolta footprint into Southeastern Idaho, Wyoming and Montana and brings Fenton's customers access to POA's broader IT, managed print, cybersecurity and unified communications offerings.

AVI Systems, a global audiovisual systems integrator, has acquired Neurilink, a full-service audiovisual design and integration firm with offices in Boise, Idaho and Seattle. The deal (which brings Neurilink’s ~47 professional staff into AVI) expands AVI’s service footprint across the U.S. Northwest to better serve AV and unified collaboration needs in that region.

NuMSP, a national managed service provider, acquired the Boise, Idaho assets of Corporate Technologies. The transaction transfers the Boise customer base and operations to NuMSP as the seller (Corporate Technologies) continues to operate in other states; NuMSP said the deal furthers its geographic expansion to serve SMBs in the Boise market.
