Com Laude, the London-headquartered corporate domain services provider owned by PX3 Partners, has completed its acquisition of U.S. corporate domain registrar Markmonitor from Newfold Digital, combining the businesses under the new Markmonitor Group with an initial enterprise value of about $450 million. The combined company will maintain regional headquarters in Boise, London, and Tokyo, employ staff across 16 countries, and offer a full-service suite for corporate domain portfolio management, brand protection, TLD strategy, and related advisory services.
