Loffler Companies announced the acquisition of Fisher's Technology, an office technology and managed IT/cybersecurity provider serving Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Washington since 1936. Fisher's Technology will continue operating under its own name and brand, with no changes to customer contracts, pricing, service agreements, or support contacts. Terms were not disclosed.
Relevant Solutions, LLC announced it has acquired Automation Werx, LLC, a systems integration and automation company headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
