Rotation Digital, a full-stack digital technology services company backed by The Brydon Group, has acquired Syssero, a consultancy specializing in workforce technology and enterprise applications. The add-on strengthens Rotation Digital's workforce technology and enterprise application capabilities and expands its delivery resources across clients.

Broadwing Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, has acquired CloudScale365 as the inaugural investment in its new IT managed service provider (MSP) platform. CloudScale365 is a Nashville-based provider of managed IT, cloud, hosting, and security solutions for small and medium-sized businesses; the founder will transition to a consulting role and Bret Kidd was named CEO as the company pursues expansion in AI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

Avesi Partners has made its first institutional investment in Mosaic Consulting Group, a Nashville-based UKG-focused HCM and workforce management consulting and managed services provider. The minority strategic growth investment will partner with Mosaic's leadership to accelerate organic growth, expand managed services offerings, and support M&A-driven expansion.

Evergreen Services Group has acquired ImageQuest, a Franklin, Tennessee-based managed IT, cybersecurity and compliance provider. ImageQuest will continue to operate under Evergreen’s Lyra Technology Group platform with its leadership and team remaining in place as Evergreen scales its security- and compliance-specialized MSP capabilities, particularly in regulated verticals such as financial services.

IT Solutions Consulting, a multinational managed service provider, has acquired Affinity Technology Partners, a Brentwood, Tennessee-based MSP. The deal expands IT Solutions' presence in the Southeast and augments its healthcare-focused IT, cybersecurity, and compliance capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Flagler Technologies, a Boca Raton-based IT services firm, has acquired Tennessee-based Allied Help Desk Services to expand its managed services and 24/7 support capabilities. The acquisition brings Allied's US-based team of more than three dozen managed services professionals into Flagler's service offering to bolster help desk, NOC/SOC and staff-augmentation services for Flagler clients.

Atlanta-based private equity firm ASH Investment Partners has invested in FortyAU, a Nashville-headquartered digital services firm specializing in custom software engineering, data science, AI, and strategy & design for healthcare and other regulated industries. The investment will support FortyAU's growth and expansion into key end markets; FortyAU will serve as ASH IP's second platform from its $150M digital services fund.

Novatech, the Nashville-based nationwide Managed Office provider and a Trivest Partners portfolio company, acquired Carolina Business Equipment (CBE) in July 2023 and completed a full rebrand/operational integration under the Novatech name effective November 1, 2024. The acquisition expands Novatech's managed office footprint and capabilities—adding CBE's managed IT and print offerings and regional customer relationships in the Carolinas.

Bridgenext, a global digital consultancy, has acquired CodeScience, a Salesforce-focused technology consulting firm, to strengthen its product development capabilities across the Salesforce ecosystem. CodeScience CEO Michael Utell will remain with Bridgenext; BNP Paribas Securities Corp acted as financial advisor to CodeScience and deal terms were not disclosed.

Perpetual Capital Partners, the direct investing arm of a single-family office, has acquired Novatech, Inc., a Nashville-headquartered provider of Managed Office Solutions offering managed IT, print, cloud, and cybersecurity services. The deal (terms undisclosed) positions Perpetual to support Novatech's growth and capability expansion as the company continues to scale nationwide.

The 20 MSP has acquired Nashville-based managed service provider Sublime Computer Services as part of its ongoing roll-up strategy. The deal expands The 20's national footprint and integrates Sublime's team and capabilities into The 20 MSP Group platform to drive scale and operational consistency.

RJ Young, a Nashville-based business technology solutions provider, has acquired Computer Systems Plus (CSP), a family-owned managed IT services provider based in Knoxville, Tennessee. The deal brings CSP’s nine-person team into RJ Young’s more than 700-employee organization and expands RJ Young’s managed IT capabilities and regional presence.

Evergreen, a Nashville-based family of managed IT services and software companies, has acquired Kraft Enterprise Systems (KES), an Oracle NetSuite implementation and consulting partner formerly a subsidiary of KraftCPAs PLLC. KES will rebrand as KES Systems Solutions, LLC and operate independently within Evergreen's ERP partner portfolio, Pine Services Group, to accelerate product development and growth while continuing NetSuite implementation and post-go-live support services.

Bluewave Technology Group has acquired Resource Communication Group (RCG), a Franklin, Tennessee-based telecommunications advisory firm. The deal expands Bluewave's nationwide technology advisory footprint into the Nashville metro area and strengthens its telecom lifecycle management capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

The 20 MSP, a national managed service provider based in Plano, Texas, has acquired Cirrus IT Solutions, an IT services firm serving Knoxville, Tennessee. The deal is The 20's 22nd acquisition and is intended to expand its national footprint; Pinecrest Capital Partners served as financial advisor to The 20 MSP.

BGSF, Inc. (NYSE: BGSF) completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of Arroyo Consulting LLC, a nearshore/offshore professional workforce solutions firm specializing in IT and software development. The deal adds Arroyo's global delivery footprint (operations in the U.S., Medellín, Colombia and Telangana, India), roughly 300+ IT professionals and expands BGSF's software development, testing and managed services capabilities.

Novatech, the nationwide Managed Office platform and core portfolio company of Trivest Partners, has acquired ACT Business Machines, a Chattanooga-based business technology provider specializing in managed print, copiers/printers, IT services, and cloud technologies. ACT Business Machines will be rebranded as Novatech and the deal expands Novatech's footprint and managed services capabilities in the Chattanooga market.

IT Voice, a multi-location MSP and portfolio company of Baymark Partners, has acquired (b:ok) Network Infrastructure Services LLC (also known as Bytes of Knowledge), a longtime MSP based in Nashville, Tennessee. The transaction, advised by Viking Mergers & Acquisitions, is an add-on to expand IT Voice's regional footprint and capabilities while preserving the target's management legacy.

Ocala-based eResources LLC has acquired Computers & Networks (Software, Inc.), a Memphis-based managed IT services provider. The deal closed on September 7, 2022; the acquisition expands eResources' managed IT, hosted infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities and footprint in the Mid-South.

E78 Partners, a private-equity‑backed provider of finance, accounting and technology solutions, has acquired Profit Enhancement Systems (PES), a technology‑enabled managed service provider focused on cloud, mobility and infrastructure cost optimization. PES will form the basis of a new cost‑optimization business unit within E78, expanding E78's capability to reduce IT and cloud spend for Fortune 500, private equity portfolio and middle‑market clients. The deal was announced July 5, 2022; financial terms and a selling party were not disclosed.

ConvergeOne has acquired WrightCore, a Franklin, Tennessee-based technology solutions provider that delivers cloud, managed and professional services across healthcare, education, manufacturing, utilities and financial services. The acquisition expands ConvergeOne's presence in the southeastern United States and strengthens its cloud, managed and professional services capabilities.

Frontline Managed Services has acquired LOGICFORCE, a legal IT consulting firm with over 23 years of experience. The acquisition adds approximately 50 IT professionals, over 100 law-firm clients and LOGICFORCE's proprietary Synthesis E-IT Secure (SEITS) service to Frontline's legal managed-services platform to expand capabilities and scale in the legal market.

MML-backed CSI Group has acquired APSU Inc., a Tennessee-based managed-services provider specializing in IBM Power and IBM i cloud/platform services. The deal expands CSI's North American presence and strengthens its technical capabilities for mission-critical hybrid and multi-cloud IBM workloads.

Sharp Business Systems, the direct sales division of Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America, has acquired Saratoga Technologies to expand its direct regional sales coverage for document systems and managed network services in Eastern Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Employees of Saratoga will join the SBS team and Saratoga's president, David Temple, will remain to help ensure a smooth transition.
