Retail Acquisitions in Minnesota

The ownership group of Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids has acquired Snip-its Franchising Company, LLC and Affiliates, combining the two brands under a unified ownership to form Snip-its Franchising, LLC. The deal adds 38 Snip-its salons and 15 franchisees to the system, expanding the combined footprint to 159 locations across the United States and Canada and establishing the largest multi-brand children's salon platform.

Northland Lawn, Sport & Equipment has acquired Moose Lake Implement & Sport from James and Andrew Gassert. The family-owned powersports and outdoor equipment dealership in Moose Lake, Minnesota will be renamed Northland Lawn, Sport & Equipment and continue operating at its current location.

MarineMax, Inc. acquired Nisswa Marine, a full-service Midwest boat dealer headquartered in Nisswa, Minnesota, strengthening its storage and service offerings in the region. Nisswa generated over $35 million in revenue in 2020 and will continue to be operated by the Wiczek family leadership team under MarineMax ownership.

Wynnchurch Capital has acquired Northern Wholesale Supply (NWS), a Hugo, Minnesota–based distributor of RV and marine parts and accessories founded in 1984 that sells over 30,000 SKUs and markets proprietary products such as the Extreme Max line. Wynnchurch said it will partner with NWS management to grow the business as a platform investment from its Fund V.

Camping World Holdings, Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire four Noble RV dealership locations in Minnesota (Owatonna, Madelia, Oronoco and Jordan), with the transaction expected to close in December 2020. The acquisition increases Camping World's Minnesota footprint to eight RV SuperCenters and is part of the company's broader expansion across the Midwest and nationwide.
