Savant Wealth Management has acquired Clinton, South Carolina–based Peay & Associates, LLC (a CPA firm) and its affiliated RIA, SwaimBrown Wealth Management (AUM ~ $146 million). Owners Jay Peay and Ashley Tate will join Savant as member owners and several employees will transition to Savant as part of the deal, supporting Savant’s strategy to expand CPA-led capabilities and its presence in South Carolina.
