Northern Commerce, a digital transformation consultancy backed by Beringer Capital, has acquired Freedom Marketing, a Virginia-based digital asset management (DAM) and content supply chain consultancy, and Project 3 Consulting, a Wisconsin-based data and marketing technology consultancy specializing in analytics and customer data platforms (CDP). The add-on acquisitions expand Northern's capabilities across content supply chain, DAM, analytics and CDP implementations and deepen partnerships with technology providers including Adobe, Google, and Tealium as part of a broader North American growth strategy.
